• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise that require additional work or materials.
• Construction & Remodeling Services: Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if materials have already been purchased or work has begun.
• Home Inspections: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Media Services: Cancellation of media services (website development, photography, videography, etc.) must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled work.
• C&M Contractors is committed to providing high-quality workmanship. Our work is guaranteed to meet industry standards.
• Specific warranties may apply to certain services or materials used. These will be detailed in your contract.
• We will address any issues or defects resulting from our work as long as they are reported within the warranty period.
• C&M Contractors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services or website.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, third-party suppliers, or access limitations to the property.
• You must provide access to the property and any relevant information required to perform the agreed-upon services.
• For home inspections and construction work, it is your responsibility to ensure all required permits and permissions are in place unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
• Clients must disclose any pre-existing issues, hazards, or conditions that could affect the scope of work.
